Prime Social Club is seeking a talented and motivated General Manager who has experience in running poker clubs in Houston, Texas. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's operations, including but not limited to gaming, operations, customer service, and staff management. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve high levels of performance.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the club
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales by increasing member
attendance
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience as a manager in a poker club
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
