Back-End Developer (Full Stack Capable)
Location: Seattle, WA
About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with full stack capabilities to join our innovative team. While we appreciate full stack proficiency, this role is designed for someone with a strong back-end focus who can also handle front-end tasks when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python.
- Design and implement APIs and microservices.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
- Work within an agile delivery team, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with back-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-native solutions and serverless architectures on AWS.
- Experience with database management and optimization.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Excellent communication skills and strong English language proficiency.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Proactive mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as React and TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Salary : $160,000 - $170,000
