Responsibilities:
- Prime Time Healthcare & Healthcare Staffing Industry Overview: Gain an understanding of the healthcare staffing market, our company’s role in the industry, and how we serve our clients.
- Systems & Processes: Learn the internal systems and processes that support our sales efforts, including making calls, managing candidate information, and working within our CRM software.
- Meet Mentor: Be paired with an experienced mentor who will guide you throughout your internship and provide one-on-one coaching and support.
- Learn Modalities/Specialties: Understand the various healthcare specialties and modalities within our RN, LTC, and Allied divisions.
- Sourcing Calls: Begin sourcing potential candidates for various healthcare roles by making introductory calls, qualifying candidates, and gathering necessary information.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in healthcare, staffing, and/or sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
- A self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
