Pressure Relief Systems Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pressure relief valve repair according to PRIMEC's National Board Inspection Code approved quality manual.
• Complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
• Operate equipment including forklift, sandblaster, parts washer, propylene torch, etc.
• Disassemble valves without damaging parts per the manufacturer's Installation & Operation Manual.
• Document and enter job data into the database, including photograph documentation.
• Cordinate with office personnel on repair requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain equipment in the area, as required.
• Perform cleaning, blasting, and painting of valve components.
• Return Valves/Parts to Proper Bins, Boxes, etc.
• Assemble, calibrate, tag, and certify valves per manufacturer's repair manuals.
• May be required to assist in field assignments.
• May be required to climb and work at various elevations depending on the job scope.
• Operate motor vehicles, as required.
• Attend job and safety training, as necessary or required.
