Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts in Frankfort, KY from October 7 - 28. On October 7, 9, 11, 28, provider will be covering two locations for a half day each. Hours for Location A are Monday / Wednesday / Friday, 8 : 00am - 12 : 00pm; Tuesday / Thursday, 1 : 00pm - 4 : 00pm. Hours for Location B are Monday / Wednesday / Friday, 1 : 00pm - 4 : 00pm; Tuesday / Thursday, 8 : 00am - 12 : 00pm. October 14 - 17 are at Location C and hours are 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm with a 30-minute break.
