The Role: Account Coordinator
This entry-level sales support position is ideal for someone looking to grow into an Account Manager role. As an Account Coordinator, you will work closely with and support our National Sales Manager, handling key administrative and customer-facing tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the National Sales Manager in managing accounts and customer relationships
- Handle order processing, quoting, and follow-up communications with customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience
- Support lead generation efforts by qualifying and routing incoming leads
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Coordinate product demonstrations and assist in preparing sales presentations
- Provide support for trade shows and industry events
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- One year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field
- College degree preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow into a full Account Manager role over time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Technical aptitude; no engineering background required, but an ability to understand our products is helpful
