We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Account Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this position, the individual will be integral to our operations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient processing of customer applications.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Proactively communicate with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage conflicts and navigate difficult conversations tactfully and diplomatically.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates related to exception management in a timely manner.
- Review internal and customer data, including customer-aligned KPIs, to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Execute the customer pricing strategy set by the account management team, focusing on capturing profitable market share.
- Leverage available tools and resources to implement process efficiencies and apply best practices.
- Utilize data / reporting to identify and improve service results, meeting customer expectations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to standardize tasks and execute processes effectively and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing issue resolution through communication with the customer, offering options and alternative solutions.
- Leverage technology for order statuses and initiate corrective action when exceptions occur, verifying pricing, weights, delivery times, ship quantities, load information, etc.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Experience with report generation and interpretation
- Proven track record in training and development
- Understanding of operations and quality management
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers effectively
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks and projects in line with best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience in account management
