About this Position
The Curriculum Developer is responsible for planning, creating, implementing and maintaining curriculum and content materials used for all life prelicensing classes, reviews and study aids for Primerica Pre-licensing.
This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and remotely multiple days each week.
The estimated salary range for this role is : 55K-65K
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The qualified candidate will be able to
- Create and update Pre-Licensing classroom Curriculum for state and company approval
- Create and revise regulation manuals, curriculum outlines, exams, personalized study plans and reviews with the accompanying class presentations
- Work in conjunction with the training designer to develop and assist in delivering information necessary to keep instructors' skills current through trainings and webinar
- Write end of course exams, quizzes and exam prep workbooks
- Analyze Life Insurance question banks and vendor's materials for accurate representation of state required topics
- Create study tools to aid students in content retention for state insurance exams
- Collaborate with Regional Training Coordinators to anticipate and determine needs of Instructors
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party schools to make changes to Class manuals as needed
- Collaborate with television studio for production of life insurance videos and audio by writing script and storyboarding graphics
- Research insurance content and state regulations for the curriculum department and Instructors
- Collaborate with Communication manager for creating and posting materials on Primerica Online
- Collaborate with distribution for inventory balances and availability of updated materials
