We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers derive maximum value from each purchase, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction. This role will collaborate with customer success, customer support and sales teams to fulfill orders in the greater WI area.
Facilities/Safety
· Open/close office, turn on/off machines in showroom.
· Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility.
· Order and maintain office supplies, janitorial supplies, and breakroom supplies.
· Schedule/coordinate all facility inspections and repairs.
· Ensure products in the showroom are always operational and clean.
· Facilitate customer and employee events at branch location.
· Manage daily operations including mail distribution, bank deposits, shipping/receiving.
Sales Support/Customer Success
· Process orders for sales team including completing system entries for sales order, delivery (order fulfillment), invoicing, and shipping.
· Provide customer assistance including escalating issues as needed to upper management.
· Update and maintain customer information in SAP database and Hub Spot CRM.
· Receive and process returns and repairs.
· Maintain product knowledge including new/changed information on various markets.
Order Fulfillment
· Pull and prepare products to fulfill sales orders.
· Install or change software/hardware in complete units per sales order requirements.
· Perform final Quality Assurance checks on all cabinets, boards, and peripherals before they are sent to the customer.
Inventory
· Incoming and outgoing inspection of all cabinets and other products.
· Prepare and complete cycle counts.
· Create order request for inventory replenishment from headquarters.
· Update software versions on stocked inventory as needed.
Deliveries/On-Site Support
· Perform deliveries when and if needed to customer locations.
· Assist with installation of equipment when and if needed on site with customers.
· Provide tech support for machines and kiosks as required on-site and via phone support.
All other duties as assigned by manager.
Experience
· Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a technology-based industry.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to ask questions to troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
· Experience with SAP and Hub Spot or similar ERP and CRM tools.
· Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Must be reliable and self-motivated.
· Ability to prioritize work based on changing business needs.
· A proactive approach to problem solving and a passion for helping customers succeed.
