Job Description:
As an Outside Salesperson, you will play a key role in developing and executing a strategic plan to establish and expand our presence in new markets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our products and services. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in networking and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories and new markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics, using CRM software and other tools.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a relationship-based sales environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territories.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
