What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Specialist position at PrimeRx?
JOB SUMMARY:

\n- Adhere to PrimeRx guidelines and assist pharmacies partnering with PrimeRx in following the correct procedures, including Conversions Pharmacy Setups, New Pharmacy Setups, Add-Ons and Data Merging (for PrimeRx Enterprise and PrimeRx Cloud).
- Ensure seamless and efficient Onboarding and Implementation experience for our customers.
- Provide comprehensive training to pharmacies tailored to the specific modules they have purchased (for PrimeRx Enterprise and PrimeRx Cloud Modules).
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues as they arise for PrimeRx Enterprise and PrimeRx Cloud Products and Services.
- Deliver exceptional customer support services, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay current with new features, product enhancements, and changes in relevant laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge to assist clients better
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Task Delegation: Lead, inspire, and assign tasks to the team based on expertise, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate clear communication, engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.
- Resource & Quality Management: Optimize resource utilization and uphold quality standards for all project deliverables.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Address challenges promptly and make strategic decisions aligned with project and organizational goals.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates, maintain thorough records, and ensure transparency in project progress.
- Installation & Training: Oversee hardware/software installation and deliver necessary training for seamless adoption
- Education: Minimum High School diploma or College degree required.
- Certification: Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in both hardware and software, with experience in installation, troubleshooting, and providing user support.
- Onsite & Remote Support: Travel to client locations, medical offices, and remote sites for hands-on technical assistance, ensuring professional appearance and camera readiness for virtual support.
- Flexible Scheduling & Physical Demands: Work flexible hours, including conversions and technical projects; lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
- Client Interaction & Customer Service: Engage with clients, end users, and employees, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Address various IT challenges across hardware, software, and networking, requiring adaptability and continuous skill development.
- Independent Work & Proactive Approach: Manage tasks autonomously, stay self-motivated, and take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and learning.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onsite visits, issues, and solutions for reference and compliance.
- Secure Access & Remote Collaboration: Utilize VPNs and remote communication tools to securely access corporate systems and collaborate effectively.
