8 years of P&C insurance business analysis experience
5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in Appian BPM.
5 years of Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Appian-based solutions.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Expertise in using Azure DevOps
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Appian platform features, including process modeling, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.
Proficiency in creating process workflows, wireframes, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and other integration technologies is a plus.
