Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Account Manager to join our team in Central Florida. This individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that our services meet the unique needs of healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development or account management, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and pursue new opportunities within the healthcare sector in Central Florida.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand service offerings and ensure that client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Primetime and promote our services.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in the healthcare or construction/renovation industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and standards is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
