Account Manager – Business Development

About Us : The Cleaning Company, LLC, founded in 2008 by Andrea & Fabio Maffioletti, operates based on the values of family, respect, trust, and strong business ethics. With a reputation for excellence, we are proud to provide top-tier cleaning services across the state of Florida.

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to support and manage key client relationships.

Position Details :

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
  • Compensation : $15 per hour Gasoline Reimbursement
  • Payment Schedule : Twice-month (Every 7th and 22nd of the month, via direct deposit)

Days worked from 1st to 15th : Paid on the 22nd

  • Days worked from 16th to end of month : Paid on the 7th

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Owns a reliable vehicle
  • Friendly, personable, and skilled at customer interaction
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand and meet customer expectations
  • Manage and oversee the field team
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, managing issues effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise
  • Coordinate and communicate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct field visits to assess team progress and address challenges
  • Assist with additional duties based on business needs

    • Requirements :

  • Valid SSN and driver's license

    • Salary : $15
