The ideal candidate is a driven professional with a passion for sales and relationship-building. The company is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to fuel its expansion in the U.S. market.



About the Role - Key Responsibilities



  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct needs assessments, deliver tailored presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients while ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and service teams to align strategies and ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.


Qualifications



Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or account executive experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is required.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is crucial.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales techniques is beneficial; hospitality industry experience is a plus.


Preferred Skills: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.


Pay range and compensation package - The base salary range for this position is $75,000–$80,000 USD annually.
