- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Align with the Director of Rooms to maximize hotel operations.
- Foster an environment that ensures consistency and a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Strive to improve guest and team member satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
- Ensure and maintain cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet / meeting / conference rooms.
