Reporting to the GM, this is a senior member of our Executive Team and has accountability for all operating departments. - Oversee and maintain all operational departments to ensure performance at the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Serves as a strategic partner and adviser across departments, providing input and leadership in setting goals, executing our vision, and enacting changes that will better the business.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills (people like and respect you), and you make an effort to connect to all stakeholders, establishing and strengthening meaningful connections
- A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens
- Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection Culture on property.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, property systems, and standards.
