SUMMARY :
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all designated kitchens and bar equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoots and repairs electrical, plumbing, gas and mechanical problems with kitchen and bar related equipment throughout the property.
- Performs daily system checks to assure proper operation.
- Maintains related inventory
- Performs other duties as may be assigned

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
