Duration: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025. Must be available for the first week (6/2 - 6/6), the last week (8/4 - 8/8) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/9 - 8/1. Any known absence must be communicated in advance to Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager.
Schedule/Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 30-40 hours per week during the 10-week program.
Pay: $35.00 / hour

Responsibilities:
- You will be tasked to solve a real-life marketing problem in which you will need to deep dive 4Ps of a brand and its competitive environment and analyze market and panel data (Circana) to form insights and make recommendations for future strategy. In this project, you will be closely working with internal stakeholders including sales, omni channel, innovation, finance, and supply chain teams. Your internship will be completed with the final project presentation.
- Collaborate with omnichannel teams and internal agency partners to clean and update brand information on online/offline platforms by using the most up-to-date brand books, campaign assets, portfolio/product information, and brand data to ensure brand consistency across all native/non-native platforms.
- Collaborate with SAP/IT, supply chain, Salsify, and Packaging Operations teams to gather all product-related information (including product codes, material numbers, production info) into one document. Update incorrect information, clean up discontinued items, and create one source of truth for all teams.
- Participate in agency weekly status calls and brand weekly calls with the team members to better understand how a marketing business unit operates.
- Research trending news, new products, marketing stunts, and social ideas and present them to the full marketing team during the monthly marketing calls to inspire and get inspired.
- Assist one of the brand managers and help in the timely management of marketing initiatives on Monday.com and release of RSBs (retail sales bulletins) to announce the marketing news.
- Help develop brand creative briefs (3D mockups and flat artwork), ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives, and enter these briefs into our agency database to be executed.
Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Currently studying in a marketing, business / business consulting, or social sciences related field
- Team spirit & can-do attitude: strong interpersonal skills, willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on any projects. Not afraid of tackling big problems / questions that don’t have clear answers from the get-go.
- Effective communicator: concise written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively interface at all levels. Understanding of how to build PowerPoint Slides.
- Innovative thinker: ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas. Seeks out opportunities to build upon planned activations to make them fresh and relevant in culture.
- Highly ambitious: looking to make an impact in a short period of time. Desire to gain as much marketing knowledge as possible from those in the field.
