Job Description
We are currently seeking an Intern to join the Primo Brands Marketing organization based in Stamford, CT. This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business management / marketing execution, contributing to the planning of 2026 marketing activations, and helping to build the innovation pipeline of the Saratoga Spring Water brand. This is an exciting opportunity to build brands that matter, while owning projects that will contribute to personal development and business performance.
Duration: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025. Must be available for the first week (6/2 - 6/6), the last week (8/4 - 8/8) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/9 - 8/1. Any known absence must be communicated in advance to Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager.
Schedule/Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 30-40 hours per week during the 10-week program.
Location: Stamford, CT
Pay: $35.00 / hour

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Support the development, production, and execution of the next Saratoga campaign, thinking through all touchpoints for the brand and how they come to life (ex: social, PR, paid media, website, shopper).
- Help build and size the 2026 innovation pipeline for the Saratoga glass portfolio. Thinking through flavor profiles and qualities that support the brand ethos and bring new customers into the brand ecosystem.
- Support monthly brand reviews, analyzing and diagnosing market share/shipment performance to be presented to appropriate leadership and stakeholders. This includes identifying key root causes, trend analysis and developing actionable recommendations.
- Participate in Commercial Planning process, providing a helping hand and brainstorming ideas to answer key sales questions.
- Assist in the execution of tactical 2025 social plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with on-premise sales team to build strong programming that excites both customers and consumers in the restaurant space.
Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Currently studying in a marketing, business / business consulting, or social sciences related field
- Team spirit & can-do attitude: strong interpersonal skills, willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on any projects. Not afraid of tackling big problems / questions that don’t have clear answers from the get-go.
- Effective communicator: concise written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively interface at all levels. Understanding of how to build PowerPoint Slides.
