We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team, responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Onboarding :
Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Conduct new employee onboarding, including paperwork processing, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
Employee Relations :
Address employee concerns and inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and employment issues.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and managers.
Benefits Administration :
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
Conduct annual open enrollment processes and answer employee questions regarding benefits.
Manage, monitor, and audit all benefits and related payments
Performance Management :
Implement and monitor performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Provide coaching and development support to employees.
Compliance :
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, including maintaining accurate employee records.
Conduct regular compliance audits and updates on HR policies and procedures.
Payroll :
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, payroll corrections, keeping precise records
HRIS Management :
Maintain and update employee data within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
