The Position Proposition :

The Administrative Assistant - Edison will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to T&D operations.

We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant at our Henderson / Commerce City,   Colorado office.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Administer onboarding new employees and communicate with HR Department.
  • Learn to be able to issue phones and request IT for new hires.
  • Record and submit tailboards weekly to Safety department.
  • Work with General foreman for clerical duties.
  • Learn and help with credit card reconciliation and allocating expenses on Concur.
  • Input permit and locate request as needed.
  • Work with General foreman preparing scheduling and reporting as needed.
  • Educational & Minimum Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate computer skills and effective organizational skills.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills, both telephone and in person.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve all issues satisfactorily.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Treat people with respect and uphold organizational values.
  • Follow policies and procedures.
  • Complete tasks correctly and on time.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed deadlines.
