What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Intelligence Intern position at Primoris?
Job Summary :
The Business Intelligence (BI) Intern will support the BI team by managing ServiceNow tickets related to data and reporting issues, as well as assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position provides a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in both BI and IT service management. The intern will also contribute to improving the efficiency of BI processes and supporting the resolution of data-related issues logged through ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Ticket Management :
- Assist in managing, triaging, and resolving ServiceNow tickets related to BI issues, such as reporting errors, data discrepancies, and access requests
- Collaborate with end users and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of BI-related tickets.
- Track and prioritize tickets, ensuring that issues are addressed within the required SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
