Primoris Energy Services is searching for a vibrant personality to oversee the front desk operations at our office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Answering calls and transferring as necessary
- Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Greeting visitors
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area, conference rooms, and breakrooms
- Recording and maintaining office expenses, birthdays, vacations, PTO request, ordering supplies, ordering lunch / breakfast.
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
- Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers / requesting building request for maintenance.
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail, which may include Fedex pickups and / or drop offs
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Performing additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
