Our ideal candidate has:
A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and children.
- Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm while fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience working with students or young children is essential
- Manage budgets, enrollment processes, and marketing initiatives to promote the center's offerings.
- Collaborate with the Franchise Owner to achieve business goals while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
