Your responsibilities will include:

4. Educational Excellence: Partner with our Leadership Team to implement comprehensive education services. Provide guidance, training, coaching, and ongoing support to our dedicated teachers, ensuring they have the tools they need to deliver outstanding instruction.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrated success in managing a preschool for at least 3 years, showcasing your ability to create an exceptional learning environment.
- Director certification in the State of Washington, demonstrating your commitment to meeting the highest standards of early childhood education.
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, supplemented by at least six (6) courses in Early Childhood Education. A Master's Degree is preferred, highlighting your dedication to ongoing professional growth.
- An owner mindset, with demonstrated experience boosting enrollment and implementing new revenue-generating programs.
- Strong knowledge of STEAM-based curriculum and pedagogy.
- Proven leadership abilities, including staff management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Familiarity with licensing requirements and regulations governing preschools.
