- Managing operation of the school in the Directors absence
- Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- A Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom / teaching experience.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in an EEC licensed program.
- Holds EEC Director II qualifications.

Salary Range : $55,000 - $60,000
Shift Schedule : open to close, rotating with other leadership team
