Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or developmental delays as needed.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote positive behavior among students.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Experience in toddler care or infant care is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a nurturing environment for all students.
- Previous experience in caregiving or babysitting is advantageous but not required.
