We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Center Directo r for our Primrose school located at 11130 jones bridge rd. Johns Creek, GA 30022. Your role will focus on growing enrollment, handling everyday operations of the school, ensuring safety and cleanliness, promoting a positive work culture, and driving the expansion of additional schools.
Responsibilities :
- Enrollment & Expansion : Grow and maintain current enrollment
- Safety & Cleanliness : Maintain high standards of safety (Perfect state compliance, Primrose compliance) and cleanliness.
- Work Culture : Promote a positive environment, hire, develop and retain quality staff.
- Family Engagemen t : Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and ensure parent retention and satisfaction remains high.
- Financial Sustainability : Ensure school occupancy stays above 90% and costs are kept within Primrose standards
