The Primrose School of Morristown, Florham Park, West Orange and Paramus Admissions & Marketing Coordinator takes leadership in admissions, enrollment, and reenrollment, and in marketing and communications to increase awareness of Primrose School of Morristown, Florham Park, West Orange and Paramus in the community.
Admissions / Marketing Communications
- Collaborate with School Directors to ensure fiscally sound enrollment objectives, developing and implementing strategies for admissions, classroom placement, and retention.
- Track and follow up on inquiries and admissions / re-enrollment steps, and carry out standards and procedures for admissions and withdrawals through use of database or other automated tools.
- Collaborate with faculty, and other administrative team members to conduct open houses. Maintain observation and orientation procedures and send prospective parents applications, enrollment and tuition contracts, and family paperwork.
- Carry out the school’s marketing plan, with collaboration Directors, in support of the school and its targeted initiatives.
- Produce marketing materials, advertisements and publications that increase the school’s public image.
- Manage, provide content, and update the school’s website, collaborating with the Directors.
- Assist with fundraising and other development campaigns as directed by School Directors.
