What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - Weekend position at Primrose?
Primrose is a cute French Bistro tucked away in the neighborhood of Brookland, in NE DC. It is owned an operated by industry vets who crave great service and a professional experience without all the pomp and circumstance. If you take yourself and the job seriously but dont buy into to fine dining environment, we may be for you. No drama please, check it at the door. Brunch is fast paced and fun, the wine and food flow, be ready to move and have a good time doing it.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant
- Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
- Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to guests
- Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners
- Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables
- Memorizing the food menu and wine list as well as any specials
- Setting tables throughout the shift, maintaining an organized work space and upkeep in weekly deep cleaning projects.
- Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards.
- Keeping track of FOH supplies inventory and collaborating with other members and management staff to order resupply.
- Respect and passion for other team members and guests.

- Brunch Weekend Schedule : 10am-4pm
Please have solid references and a history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Weekends are required. Ability to speak Spanish is not required but is a plus.
