Business Analyst - ServiceNow - 62184
We have an immediate, long-term contract opportunity for a Business Analyst - ServiceNow in Doral, FL (Miami) on Hybrid basis.
Pay Rate : $40-$45
Specific Requirements :
- Candidates must reside in South Florida.
- Onsite 3 days a week. Tues, Wed and Thurs 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Minimum travel
- 5 years of hands on experience using Service Now. We will be standing up a new instance and redesigning all our processes. They will need to know how to navigate the current instance to pull data for review etc.
- 5 years of hands on process mapping experience.
- 5 years' experience with Service Now security profiles, set up and approval process, and onboarding. Track the process to create and implement all the new SNOW processes.
- Coordination and communication with Internal and external teams during IT service transition.
- Experience managing the creation and implementation of service now processes specifically for ITIL. Need to have some business process mapping experience.
- Experience in a transition of infrastructure support from 1 vendor to another.
