Technical Support Engineer - Rail System Infrastructure - 61479
Pay Rate - $60 - $65 / hr
We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Engineer with Rail System Infrastructure domain experience.
Need a technologist who provides production system operations and maintenance (O&M) support for end-users, applications, infrastructure, platforms, or network services, serving as an escalation point for complex issue. This role will support but is not limited to the following applications : Application Extender, LOV tool that provides wheel defects, work side by side with team who supports Work Management System and provide additional support as needed.
Technologists will serve in an expert / lead technical role and may also work on one or more projects of moderate to high complexity as the technology subject matter expert and / or technical consultant.
Ideally, we are seeking candidates who reside in the Mid-Atlantic (DC and Philadelphia) region.
