We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of IVR Developer/Engineer - NICE CXone to work on Remote basis.

Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr

IMP NOTE:- They need to have specific experience doing Nice CXone IVR development and need to have created and customized Studio Scripts. Any experience overseeing any migrations to Nice CXone would be a plus and any programming experience would be nice as well!

• Will be supporting a project building out IVRs in NICE
• Experience with NICE CXone
• Has studio scripting specifically around Rest APIs and/or ASR
• Familiarity with .Net

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Developer with expertise in NICE CXone and Studio Scripting to join our team. This position focuses on the development and enhancement of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The ideal candidate will have experience working with REST APIs, a strong understanding of .NET, and a passion for creating efficient and scalable solutions. As part of the development team, you will be responsible for building out and optimizing IVR functionality, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with various systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain IVR systems using NICE CXone Studio.
• Design, implement, and test Studio Scripting logic and workflows to deliver seamless customer service interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate REST APIs with the IVR system for data exchanges and third-party integrations.
• Utilize .NET technologies to enhance system functionality and support backend development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IVR system, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Optimize IVR performance and user experience through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and ensuring best practices in development.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and implement features that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the system architecture, development processes, and technical solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with NICE CXone platform and Studio Scripting.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating them within IVR systems.
• Familiarity with .NET (C# or VB.NET) for backend and integration work.
• Knowledge of IVR design best practices, customer journey mapping, and call flow scripting.
• Experience working with cloud-based systems and telecom infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and agile development methodologies is a plus.
