Primus is searching for a full-time Finance Coordinator to handle QuickBooks transactions including customer invoicing, expenses and credits, and job profitability reports. The Finance Coordinator must have attention to detail, as this position requires excellent accuracy. Key invoicing tasks include re-billing hotel folios. Credit card and vendor account reconciliation is critical. Analyzing and assisting with A/R is necessary, but the customers are big companies, so they always pay when billing is clarified.
There is some customer contact for billing and invoicing clarifications, so good communications skills, written and verbal, with other professionals are required. As many transactions are tied to services provided, working with our relocation specialists with a flexible, team attitude is also essential. Minimal contact with the end users.
Responsibilities include:

· Invoicing
· Job costing
· Financial management reporting
· Credit card reconciliations
· Updating customer database with accounting-related data
· Error-checking reconciliations
· Monthly Reports with Excel
Requirements:
· B.A. in Accounting
· 5 years bookkeeping experience
· Current expert level QuickBooks Online experience is required
· Excel Spreadsheet experience is required
· SalesForce.com experience is helpful
· Small company experience is helpful
· Insurance industry or related experience may be helpful
· Real Estate and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
