Full Time Inside Sales Office Manager position for manufacturer and fabricator of custom rubber and plastic products, many proprietary, operating from two locations in the USA. This position is located at head office in the beautiful Audubon Business Park in Amherst.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, directing and supporting Order Processing personnel including computer entries, composing and forwarding Quotations, sales discussions with customers including evaluating and negotiating sales agreements, development of terms of inquiries with suppliers, organizing and expediting with internal and external supply, organizing inquiries for shipping quotations, and Typical Customer Service duties. Work closely with upper management, suppliers and shops for custom proposals and product pricing.

Must be detail oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills, possess technical ability, and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook). Will interface also with company business software (Sage 100) as well as all departments across the company.

Compensation includes hourly rate, profit-sharing plan, 401K, ESOP (Retirement Plan), medical benefit plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holiday Days.

College Degree or equivalent preferred, and experience in manufacturing environment a plus.
