Loads, unloads, and operates up to 3 CNC Lathes to produce differential gears meeting customer requirements. Uses gauges to measure parts and ensure production of good quality parts. Records production numbers into computer database and packs out following given specifications. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Loads/Unloads up to 3 CNC Lathes ? Performs proper inspection of parts using gauges ? Maintains accurate quality and production information ? Operates machinery and perform insert and tooling changes ? Completes offsets on Machines REQUIREMENTS: ? Perform mathematical computations ? Use calipers and other basic measuring equipment ? Ability to work effectively with others ? Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required
