An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY: The Continuous Improvement (CI) Coach is responsible for providing expertise, leadership, and coaching on the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement plans for schools and/or departments. Using quantitative and qualitative data reports to facilitate, monitor, and inform division-level improvement efforts, the Continuous Improvement Coach works with schools, departments, and other leaders to provide professional development that support the implementation of continuous improvement plans. The Continuous Improvement Coach engages with identified stakeholders through frequent ongoing consultation and coaching sessions to ensure schools and departments are monitoring their progress towards having positive impacts on student outcomes. The CI coach assists leaders in meeting all requirements pertaining to local and state school improvement efforts. The position works under general supervision of the Director of Research, Accountability, and Strategic Planning and reports to the Supervisor of Strategic Planning and School Improvement.
