Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Development
- Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable for achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where team members feel supported and motivated.
- Provide tailored coaching to enhance the skills and performance of individual team members.
Sales Strategy Execution
- Execute established sales strategies and processes with discipline and focus.
- Continuously refine and document sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage tools like Rillavoice and ingage to ensure compliance and gain actionable insights.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Net Sales per Lead Issued (NSLI): $5,850 per salesperson
- Net Closing Rate: 19%
- Cancellations: ≤15%
- Report on sales performance and trends during leadership meetings to drive informed decision-making.
Customer and Team Support
- Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching to sales representatives.
- Address customer concerns, resolve escalations, and reduce cancellations while maintaining trust and satisfaction.
- Conduct welcome calls during sales appointments to build rapport with customers and support sales efforts.
