Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Specialist , you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance Director, Finance Manager, and Inventory Manager in conducting audits, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with all financial policies and procedures. You will be responsible for supporting the onboard team, handling various financial and inventory-related tasks, and helping to create a culture aligned with Princess Cruises' core values of Protect, Respect, and Connect.
Financial Auditing & Compliance :
- Assist with audits that assess the adequacy and conformity to financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to HESS protocols and financial controls.
- Conduct thorough inventory audits in collaboration with the Inventory Manager, ensuring accurate reporting and variance investigation.
- Perform spot checks of physical inventory across various onboard locations (bars, storerooms, etc.).
