Job Title: Cycle Instructor Pay: $23-$30 per class

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead high-energy indoor cycling classes that cater to various fitness levels.
• Create an engaging and motivating atmosphere through music, instruction, and encouragement.
• Monitor class participants to ensure proper form and safety.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
• Stay updated on current fitness trends and cycling techniques.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• Certification in indoor cycling instruction (e.g., Spinning, rhythm-based formats, Les Mills RPM, or Les Mills Sprint preferred)
• Previous experience leading group fitness or cycle classes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
