Role Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented AV (Audio / Visual) Technician to support the operation maintenance and troubleshooting of conference and meeting room technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of presentations meetings and events by managing AV equipment systems and setups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up test and operate AV equipment including microphones projectors video displays and control panels for presentations and meetings.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during live meetings or events to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Manage and operate video conferencing platforms such as Zoom Microsoft Teams and Webex.
- Perform routine maintenance firmware updates and basic repairs on AV systems to ensure longterm functionality.
- Assist users in understanding and operating AV equipment and provide training or user guides for efficient utilization.
- Collaborate with event organizers to understand AV requirements and deliver optimal setups tailored to specific needs.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage issues and resolutions and document operational procedures.
- Track and manage AV equipment inventory ensuring availability and readiness for scheduled events or meetings.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in AV systems or related fields preferred.
