Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads generated through various marketing channels
- Handle inbound calls from prospective patients, providing information about services, pricing, and scheduling
- Engage patients to understand their needs and match them with appropriate services
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our treatments, converting inquiries into consultations and appointments
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new patient appointments and service bookings
- Patient Relationship Management:
- Build rapport and trust with potential and current patients through consistent and professional communication
- Assist in developing patient follow-up strategies, ensuring leads are nurtured and appointments are confirmed
- Provide a seamless experience for patients from initial inquiry to treatment scheduling, ensuring they feel valued and informed
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure patients are booked in a timely manner based on their needs
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of leads, patients, and appointments
- Collaborate with the medical and spa teams to coordinate patient care and ensure a smooth experience
- Customer Service & Patient Education:
- Address patient inquiries related to services, payment options, and treatment packages
- Stay up-to-date on Med Spa treatments, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate to prospective patients
- Ensure all patient concerns are handled professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (experience in the Med Spa or beauty industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of patients
- Strong phone etiquette, with the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and schedules simultaneously
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Compassionate and patient-focused with a desire to create exceptional experiences for each individual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and general office tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Previous experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetic sales role
- Knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments such as Botox, facials, and laser services
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling software and lead management systems
