We are thrilled to be partnering with a rapidly expanding accounting/business management firm in New York on their search for a highly qualified Marketing Manager to join their team. Our client is a well established firm with offices in New York, New Jersey, California and India.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our brand and services. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work collaboratively across departments to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our firm’s website and keep the site relevant, fresh, and visually appealing. Ensure information related to services, staff, specialties, etc. is accurate and up-to-date.
- Continuously update the content within our firm website and ensure all information is up to date for our services offered, Partner backgrounds and specialties, etc.
- Manage and distribute our monthly newsletter.
- Ensure our website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and accessible to a wider audience. Regularly update meta descriptions, keywords, and other SEO elements.
- Lead content development for various marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Continuously explore new marketing techniques, tools, and technologies to fuel business growth.
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling of relevant content across social media channels for the firm (FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
- Effectively implement the firm’s strategy into successful organic and paid social media campaigns that achieve specific goals and business objectives. Consistently evaluate and manage the development of insight-driven social campaigns that increase client awareness and generate more leads and revenue.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators across all social and marketing platforms, identifying key takeaways and opportunities for improvement.
- Create handouts and presentation decks as needed for internal staff and external meetings.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to manage projects that align marketing efforts with the business objectives and to develop engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with our administrative team to help plan team outings to promote for the firm and for team building events for our internal staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to function effectively as project leader in a team environment, working and partnering with people in diverse cross functional areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects/objectives and prioritizing accordingly.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, etc.) and project management tools.
- Experience with CRM tools, email marketing software, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
