We are currently seeking a Property Manager for our Claremont, NH location.
We’re looking for a motivated individual who will be responsible for the overall operations of the property. This includes ensuring efficient operations, overseeing supplier contracts, property maintenance, team leadership, monthly reporting, and customer service. The property manager also creates a positive experience for the residents and team members. Must be a team motivator with a proven track record of supervision. Our Property Managers set the standard for how the staff engages prospective and current residents.
As a Property Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
Manage the property's day-to-day operations, including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (e.g., leasing, rent collection, and delinquency management), property financial reporting, and property marketing by company standards and state and local laws, including Fair Housing Laws.
Routinely walk the community, common areas, and grounds, ensuring a well-maintained community and apartment homes.
Executing sales, marketing, and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals.
Create a climate in which associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision with associates and providing coaching and development. Inspiring the professional growth and development of all team members. Rolling up your sleeves and assisting team members—no job is “below your pay grade”.
Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues. Ensures the property’s maintenance team members comply with the Company’s standards regarding responding to and completing resident service requests.
Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting and budgeting principles.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and company-provided continuing education.
