Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech II for the Crestview Apartments!

The ideal candidate will have property management maintenance, including turns, minor electrical, and plumbing, good communication, and is self-motivated.
Full-time, Monday through Friday. The wage being offered is $29.00 to $30.00 an hour. A $50.00 monthly phone and $75 auto reimbursement are included in this offer. All offers will vary based on applicant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
What is needed from you:
Experience in property maintenance or related areas, including minor electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests in a prompt and thorough manner.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
