Position Summary:

Job Description:
- Communicating professionally via Procore email and phone calls with PBS team members
- Walking project meetings with clients, subcontractors, our company, and more
- Reviewing and thoroughly understanding project architectural drawings and dimensions
- Identifying possible challenges and raising findings to upper management
- Working/communicating effectively and productively with the Foreman, Assistant Project Manager, & Project Manager (project dependent)
- Understanding clients’ and/or stakeholders’ project needs and goals
- Creating/following a detailed plan to successfully complete a project
- Responsibly storing materials, tools, etc. on the job site
- Keeping an an up-to-date and accurate Procore Directory while applying correct permission templates
- Scheduling project meetings with clients, subcontractors, our company, and more
- Ensuring gantt chart job schedules are created
- Ensuring the daily log in Procore is updated
- Ensuring RFI’s via Procore are being addressed
- Ensuring updated drawings are in Procore
- Ensuring updated photos are added to organized albums in Procore
- Ensuring Commitments (Subcontractor Invoices & Purchase Orders), Change Events, & Change Orders are up-to-date and accurate in Procore
- Utilizing PBS Cost Codes in Procore for Schedule, Photo Albums, Daily Log, & more
- Ensuring the daily sign in sheet is being completed by all site visitors, employees, and trades
- Preparing “take-offs” and purchase orders
- Understanding installation and function of specified materials, products, and units

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a construction project manager/superintendent with an in depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Experience in high end retail construction
- Proficiency in:
- ProCore
- Google Suite
- Microsoft 365 Suite
- Driver's License (Required)
- OSHA 30 (Required)
