Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$60000 - $96800 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This is a hybrid role, in which you will be able to blend days in the office and days working at home in a typical workweek. Management reserves the right to adjust the days required in office.
Location
This position may be based in either our Houston, TX or Addison, TX field sales office.

May be willing to consider at the Sr Client Relationship Consultant level depending on qualifications, experience, and skillset.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4 years related experience (group benefits and/or account management experience preferred).
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses required for all states in which business will be conducted or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required. Active life/health license preferred.
- Must have excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, and oral/written communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
- Advanced math skills required with basic skills related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred.
- Maintain accuracy while being detail oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
- Travel required for in-person visits with clients.
