In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent management programs with corporate strategies, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline and organizational effectiveness. You’ll analyze talent needs, identify skill gaps, and implement high-impact development solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing global leadership development programs, executive coaching, and succession planning for VP-level roles and above.
- Designing and executing strategies that elevate leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous growth.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to enhance bench strength, closing skill gaps with targeted development programs.
- Engaging with external experts to bring best-in-class leadership development practices into the organization.
- Overseeing employee development, change management, and top-talent initiatives while measuring their impact and ROI.
- Driving talent analytics and workforce insights to influence decision-making and organizational strategies.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or MBA preferred.
- 8 years in leadership/executive development, talent management, coaching, or succession planning. Global experience preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and project management. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive solutions.
- Coaching certification, Hogan assessment, or similar preferred.
- Proven track record in corporate-level organizational development
- Strong leadership abilities, confidentiality, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$123000 - $167000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
