Who You Are:
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst V to join our Retirement Income Solutions (RIS) Finance team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure to the multitude of product lines offered within RIS. You will build and maintain robust models, develop/refine assumptions and perform various forms of financial analysis (actual-to-plan, revenue/profitability studies, etc.) for a diverse group of businesses.
- Deliver timely financial insights to assist executives in strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data across diverse business units, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare, review and articulate key drivers in actual/projected financial results.

- Bachelor's degree in math, actuarial science, finance or related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent problem solving, informal leadership, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills required
- Demonstrates the ability to embrace and understand the change process, and effectively guides others through change
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and database or similar PC software packages, or the ability to learn is preferred
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Highly experienced with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Aptitude in programming languages is preferred
- Preference for those with working knowledge of SmartView/Essbase
Work Environments
This role offers in-office, and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements in Des Moines, IA. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factor
